How do you join the Wine Sisterhood?
The Wine Sisterhood is a vibrant online community and not (yet) an organization with chapters. Find us on Facebook http://facebook.com/winesisterhood. Like our Page and sign up for our monthly email newsletter to be the first to hear about all of our upcoming events and promotions. Anyone with a love for wine is welcome! Does Wine Sisterhood produce their own wines?
The Wine Sisterhood creates the brands, crafts the messaging, and designs the labels for the wines. Then we work with our winemaking team to develop the blends, source the grapes, and bottle the wine. We also handle sales and marketing.
We source grapes from premier growing regions throughout the state of California; primarily from south Monterey County on the Central Coast. We go to Paso Robles for Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot for Purple Cowboy, and to the North Coast (Mendocino, Lake County, Sonoma) for Monogamy. We source Zinfandel from Lodi vineyards for Deep Purple and our Zin-based blends.
Can I buy your wine online?
Yes! You can find all of our brands at wineshop.winesisterhood.com.
Where can I buy your wine in my neighborhood?
We’re creating a searchable database of places where you can find our wines across the country. As soon as it is ready, we’ll announce it on Facebook, Twitter, our newsletter, and shout it from the rooftops. In the meanwhile, ask your favorite wine retailer for our wines. They should be able to find it for you!
I’d love to know about events where you’ll be pouring Wine Sisterhood or events where I can taste Wine Sisterhood wines.
The best way to stay on top of where we or our wines is by signing up for our newsletter, or checking out our Facebook Events Page or our Plancast Page. We regularly update both with the details about where our team will be pouring or where our wines will be featured.
How do I get free wine for my event?
As you can imagine, we are unable to provide wine for every request we receive. But we love to get behind good causes, particular related to women’s issues but not exclusively. Please use our contact us form to submit a request. Make sure to tell us the name of the event, provide a brief description of the event, and specify the nonprofit organization involved or any other details we need to know. We’ll get back to you promptly.
I can’t find your wine in my area. How do I purchase large quantities of wine for my event?
Our wines are distributed nationally and in most cases, your local wine retailer can special order a large amount. Sometimes, it is helpful to have the name of our state distributor to give to your wine retailer so he/she knows who to contact to order. If you let us know your state, we can send you that information to pass along. Fill out our contact us form and we’ll get back to you promptly.
