Inspiration: Girl & Dragon Malbec. She’s a wine with a fiery personality to say the least. Sourced from Mendoza, Argentina (a region that would take the Iron Throne in the battle for Malbec-eros), we are loving this wine for just about anything you can cook over a fire. We know many of you are experts in the ancient art of fire-cookin’ but as a refresher course, here are some of our favorite go-to tips, techniques and recipes for playing with fire.
