Step 3: Allow grapes to dry, then arrange on a cookie sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer.
Step 4: Wait until grapes are good and frozen, pull them out of the freezer.
Step 5: Drop a handful of grapes into a chilled wine glass.
Step 6: Open your favorite bottle of white wine and pour it into your wine glass.
Step 7: Toast to summer and enjoy!
Here are the white wines we’re enjoying this summer:
Middle Sister Drama Queen Pinot Grigio– An explosion of apples and pears, with a slight touch of mineral on the finish. Yummy with minestrone soup, fried calamari, ham and cheese sandwiches, antipasto platter of olives, roasted peppers and marinated mushrooms. Recently won GOLD (91 Points) at the San Francisco International Wine Competition.
Girl & Dragon Pinot Grigio – An adventurous white wine that is fresh and fruity, with lovely notes of citrus. Dare to pair her with sushi, curried dishes, all things fresh from the garden. Another GOLD medal winner at the LA International Wine Competition.
Wine Sisterhood Magical Moscato – Delicious aromas of warm summer peaches with a dusting of lemon zest, followed by a lingering floral finish. Magical with: Indian cuisine, turkey tetrazzini , cheese fondue and porch parties.
