New Year. New You. with the Wine Sisterhood

OK, we know you’re probably busy hashing out your plans for ringing in the New  Year, but we want you to start thinking about the day after.  Yes, January 1st!

We want YOU, Wine Sisters, to join us in starting off the new year fresh and healthy.  “New Year.  New You.” is the motto we’re living by in 2014.  Join us!

Throughout January and February, you’ll notice an increased focus on healthy living here on our blog, Facebook Page, Twitter feed, Pinterest boards and Instagram. We invite you to join us and share your best tips for exercising, inspiration and tasty recipes for eating right.

Wine Sisterhood Step Challenge

The Challenge

You’ve got the cute workout outfit.  You have the killer playlist.  Now you can participate in our Wine Sisterhood Step Challenge.  We’ve made it easy for you by creating a daily step journal; click here for a preview of where you can document your daily steps starting January 1st.  Tracking daily steps is an easy way to track your activity, and there are a ton of ways to do it.  We recommend visiting your local athletic store for a variety of pedometer options, using an app with your smart phone, or the wristbands like Fit Bit and Nike Fuel.  Pick the one that works best for you and join the challenge!

Our goal?  To reach 1 million Wine Sister Steps by the end of January!  And together we can make it happen!!!
